The CUPRA Design House ventures into its exploration beyond automotive industry and announces its first collaboration with Harper Collective, a forward-thinking brand founded by Jaden Smith and Sebastian Manes. Created from a shared vision of design and innovation, the collaboration is an exclusive luggage collection with a strong focus on sustainability.

Presented at Oberpollinger in Munich, the Harper Collective x CUPRA collection includes three models: Cabin, Cabin Expandable, and Trunk, each designed to blend innovation, functionality, and style.

“Our project with Harper Collective is the first tangible result of the collaborative process within the CUPRA Design House.  It stems from our determination to reinvent the way we travel and the belief that shared values are the most important factor when choosing a partner. This luggage collection sets a new benchmark for sophisticated travel, while embracing environmental responsibility”, said Ignasi Prieto, Chief Brand Officer at CUPRA.

Redefining the future of travel

The Harper Collective x CUPRA sustainable luggage collection combines the progressive and responsible mindset of both brands with a shared vision of design and innovation. CUPRA incorporates signature finishing materials, including the iconic Century Bronze exterior, featured in its car models, along with the Ultrasuede interior, reminiscent of the brand’s visionary Showcars. Designed with sustainability at its core, the collection is shaped by Harper Collective’s commitment to ethical and responsible production. Crafted from a mix of reclaimed ocean waste — including 30% ghost fishing nets — and 40% recycled landfill plastic, the luggage features signature CUPRA elements in a lightweight, highly durable design that prioritises sustainability

“CUPRA captivated us with its restless desire to create with purpose and, of course, sustainability. With the Harper Collective x CUPRA collection, we introduce a new way to move: no compromises, no waste, all attitude, all sustainable. It is a collaboration where design challenges conventions and travel leaves zero trace,” said Sebastian Manes, Co-Founder of Harper Collective.

The luggage collection will be exclusively available in Munich for two weeks at Oberpollinger and at the CUPRA City Garage Munich, before launching globally from 22 September onwards via the official CUPRA and Harper Collective websites and in all City Garages, CUPRA Garages and at the Harper Collective store at Selfridges London.
