• Barça fans, selected during the FC Barcelona vs. R.C.D Mallorca match, had the opportunity to meet their idols and hand them the keys to their new CUPRAs
• Players can now feel the thrill of driving the cars they chose and customised during an adrenaline-fuelled experience at the Terramar Circuit

FC Barcelona men's first team players received their new, customised CUPRAs at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, handed over by a group of passionate Barça fans and CUPRA owners. The supporters, selected from fans at the match between FC Barcelona and R.C.D. Mallorca, had the opportunity to meet their idols and give them the keys to their new vehicles.

Just like CUPRA, the club is captivating the world through its ambition and commitment to new-generation talent. We hope the team enjoys driving their new CUPRAs, and that they continue to guide them on the road to success,” said Ignasi Prieto, Chief Brand Officer of CUPRA.

As the Official Automotive and Mobility Partner and the Official Car of FC Barcelona, CUPRA handed over new vehicles to the players. In line with its campaign celebrating the club’s 125^th anniversary and commitment to future talent, CUPRA invited the men's first team to the Terramar Circuit. There, players explored the entire CUPRA line-up and selected their favourite model, which they then customised.

For the FC Barcelona vs. R.C.D. Mallorca match, CUPRA activated a unique stadium experience. Fans were encouraged to bring their CUPRA Keys to the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium for a chance to meet the players. During halftime, a ‘Key Cam’ scanned the stands, selecting fans who proudly displayed their keys to present the new vehicles to the team. 

The 11 lucky fans were welcomed by 22 players from the men's first team alongside manager Hansi Flick at Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. They handed the keys to CUPRA brand ambassador Marc ter Stegen, team captains Ronald Araujo, Frenkie de Jong, Raphinha, and Pedri, as well as icons like Robert Lewandowski and Dani Olmo. Young talents such as Gavi, Alejandro Balde and Fermín López also received their customised CUPRAs.

The iconic CUPRA Formentor, the new CUPRA Terramar and the brand’s first all-electric SUV coupe CUPRA Tavascan were the top choices among the players:
