With spring in full swing, CUPRA City Garage continues to set the pace in Madrid. Throughout May, the venue reaffirms its role as a cultural and social hub, merging sports, art, urban culture, and e-mobility. Music, film, art, design, fashion, innovation, sport, and sustainability come together to deliver unforgettable experiences you won’t want to miss.

On May 13, the Garage will host the world premiere of Spanish Leather, the new album by Guitarricadelafuente. In an intimate setting, the artist will share the creative process behind the album, his inspirations, and perform unreleased track live. The night will continue with DJ sets by Dichas and Foie Grass, in a one-of-a-kind verbena to celebrate San Isidro, complete with carnations, chulap@s, and plenty of surprises.

Now in its fifth edition, Taira Studios returns with a unique session led by Karen Truzman. Designed to release tension, reconnect with the body, and restore natural rhythm, the sensory-guided practice unfolds within a digital immersive artwork by Japanese artist Tatsuru Arai, where blooming nature in motion merges with movement and mindfulness.

CUPRA Gallery by Urvanity Projects launches an annual digital art program centered in CUPRA City Garage’s immersive room. The initiative opens with Devenir Urdimbre by Manel Bafaluy, Marco Ferreira & Eddgem artists known for blending the physical and digital. This immersive installation intertwines sculpture, digital visualization, and sound composition, offering a unique experience.

CUPRA City Garage hosts a key conversation on the future of mobility. In collaboration with Emprendedores magazine, the event brings together four experts, Arturo Pérez de Lucia (AEDIVE), Elena Peyró (JoinUP), Emilio Froján (Velca), and David Huete (Zunder), to explore the challenges and opportunities of electrification in Spain. Topics include EV adoption and emerging technologies, offering a comprehensive look at the present and future of sustainable mobility.

As part of the sustainability and future mobility lineup, CUPRA City Garage hosts a live recording of Diálogos Sapiens, a podcast that dives deep into the realities and challenges of electrification. This episode features expert May López Díaz, Development Director at Empresas por la Movilidad Sostenible, who provides a critical and informed perspective on the current state of the sector. A space to debunk myths, challenge preconceptions, and open new views on how we’ll move in the years to come.

Creativity takes the spotlight at CUPRA City Garage with the return of Sampler Chef. Eight producers face off in head-to-head beat battles, creating music in real time from a single sample and under identical technical conditions. A day of rhythm and improvisation, with live projections of the creative process and commentary from a panel of top judges in Spain’s music scene.
