CUPRA City Garage Madrid kicks off October with a powerful cultural agenda, consolidating itself as a key hotspot in the capital’s cultural scene. In just a year and a half, the Garage has become a landmark where music, art, cinema, design, sport, gastronomy, and e-mobility converge. This month, Madrid hosts for the first time the CUPRA Tindaya Showcar (October 21–28); Ken Follett presents El círculo de los días with the immersive Stonehenge experience; Mafalda Cardenal performs her debut album Mis notas de voz; the Thyssen Museum offers an exclusive late-night Music Session with Barry B; and Garage Coffee Party returns with wellness, music, and specialty coffee. The program also includes a preview of Megane Mercury’s debut album; the release of MECHARADIO by VVV Trippin’ You; the +Latina festival dedicated to Latin American contemporary art; the second edition of Corónate, La Mejor Corona de la Almudena; and the poetry festival NUDO.

From October 21 to 28, the CUPRA Tindaya Showcar lands in Madrid for the very first time at CUPRA City Garage, showcasing the brand’s vision of the future and new language design. Inspired by the force of Fuerteventura’s volcano, this design exercise symbolizes the radical idea No drivers, no CUPRA and redefines the connection between human and machine. A unique experience that puts the driver at the center and anticipates the future of driving.

Ken Follett brings to Madrid Stonehenge, an immersive experience that allows audiences to enter the multisensory universe of El círculo de los días, his new novel about the construction of the Neolithic monument. This marks the first immersive video in Spain inspired by a literary work, accompanied by activities open to all audiences: a flint knapping workshop, a documentary on the author’s research and writing process, a children’s area, and a library with his complete works. The experience will be at CUPRA City Garage Madrid on October 10 and 11 from 10:00 to 20:00, and on October 12 from 10:00 to 14:00.

Mafalda Cardenal, one of Gen Z’s most promising voices, closes the month with the live performance of her debut album Mis notas de voz. Following the success of Tu fan, a generational anthem, the Alicante-born artist presents an intimate and cathartic repertoire exploring heartbreak, friendship, and self-love, consolidating an authentic sound that resonates deeply with her audience. At just 23, she already has over 1.4 million monthly Spotify listeners and has captured audiences with tracks like Solo un nombre, Vete a la luna, and En mi balcón.

In collaboration with the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, CUPRA City Garage Madrid presents a unique artistic and musical experience as part of the Thyssen Nights series. Coinciding with the opening of Warhol, Pollock and Other American Spaces, attendees will be able to visit the exhibition free of charge and extend the evening with an exclusive in-museum Music Session featuring Barry B. This initiative reinforces the joint commitment of the Thyssen and CUPRA City Garage Madrid to offer innovative cultural proposals that combine art and music in a unique setting.

After the success of its first edition, Garage Coffee Party returns with specialty coffee, DJ sets, and wellness, consolidating itself as a meeting point for the tribe in the heart of the city. Inspired by the global phenomenon of coffee parties, daytime, alcohol-free gatherings that combine electronic music, coffee, and healthy socializing, this format has become the go-to alternative to nightlife for Gen Z and millennials.

Queer artist and alternative scene trailblazer Megane Mercury offers a preview of their debut album Negras Malas, featuring the screening of their latest music video, a talk with surprise guests, and a DJ set. The Garage will also host the listening party for VVV Trippin’ You, who will premiere their fifth album MECHARADIO, accompanied by immersive visuals by Rodrigo Rojo.

CCUPRA City Garage Madrid hosts a unique immersive experience linked to the first edition of the +Latina festival, dedicated to highlighting Latin American presence in contemporary art. The initiative, developed in collaboration with BOOM Art Community, offers a preview through audiovisual works by María Verónica San Martín, Alejandra Glez, and Ricardo Candia, who present a representative selection of their creations ahead of the festival.

The second edition of Corónate, La Mejor Corona de la Almudena brings together the best bakeries in the Madrid region to pay tribute to this traditional local pastry.

NUDO, Festival de Poesía Desatada arrives at the Garage as an unusual, multidisciplinary poetry encounter that celebrates the word in all its forms and manifestations. Conceived as a space for experimentation and collective creation, the festival aims to build bridges between poetry and other artistic disciplines, bringing the genre closer to new audiences. The program includes a collage marathon inspired by Cortázar, children’s workshops and readings with Nudito, an international videopoetry showcase, and, at night, the Jarana Poética, featuring readings, performances, open mic, and a DJ set.
