CUPRA KIRO confirms that Pepe Martí will continue racing for the team, extending his journey into a second season in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Joining the team as a rookie ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, the Spanish driver quickly established himself as one of the standout rookies of the season.

Martí has progressed relentlessly in his first year in the all-electric series, repeatedly showing his racecraft and ability to gain positions in demanding race scenarios. His consistency culminated in two podium finishes: at the Monaco E-Prix, where he became the first Spaniard ever to reach the podium in Formula E, and a career-best result of second at the Sanya E-Prix in China.

Throughout the season, the 21-year-old from Barcelona demonstrated his understanding of the championship's unique format, consistently improving his handling of the CUPRA KIRO car and translating his natural speed into consistent performances to finish as the top performing rookie of the campaign.
