The new SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Arona arrived on the market in January 2026, with a refreshed exterior, a refined interior and a stronger overall value proposition. At launch, both models offered a palette of seven exterior colours, including the exclusive Oniric colour.

The range now grows with two new vibrant colours: Liminal and Hypnotic, adding even more personality. This update strengthens SEAT’s visual identity across the Ibiza and Arona and reinforces their youthful character.

LIMINAL AND HYPNOTIC: FRESH COLOURS FOR A STRONGER IDENTITY

These two new colours further define the personality of both models:

  • Liminal: an expressive red that brings energy and visual strength, suited to the character of both models
  • Hypnotic: a vibrant yellow that highlights the freshness and youthful attitude of these cars

These colours are more than new options on the palette. They reflect the ongoing evolution of SEAT’s design language, a greater focus on personalisation, and the growing importance of visual differentiation in the urban segment.

STRONG PERFORMANCE FOR SEAT’S URBAN MODELS

The design refresh comes at a moment of strong performance for SEAT’s urban models.

In 2025, the SEAT Ibiza was the brand’s best‑selling model with 94,800 units, followed by SEAT Arona, with 72,400 units.

In early 2026, both models continue to perform strongly. In Spain for instance, the SEAT Ibiza led the market in the first two months with 4,505 units, its first time at the top in almost eight years, while the SEAT Arona ranked seventh with 3,340 units.

Designed, developed, and produced at SEAT’s Martorell facilities in Barcelona, both models play a central role in SEAT’s strategy built around Product, Dealers, and Communications.

Under Product, the entire SEAT range will be renewed with electrified options by 2028 - starting with mild-hybrid versions of the Ibiza and Arona in 2027, followed by a full hybrid powertrain for the SEAT Leon in 2028, and further updates to the Leon and Leon Sportstourer in 2029.
