Dr. Ingrun Ulla Bartölke has been appointed member of the SEAT & CUPRA Board of Directors and president of the SEAT & CUPRA Audit and Good Practices Committee.

She returns to the company after previously serving on its Board between 2017 and 2022, bringing in-depth knowledge of SEAT & CUPRA and extensive experience within the Volkswagen Group. With this appointment, SEAT & CUPRA further strengthens its governance and supervisory bodies at a key moment for the company. 

EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE VOLKSWAGEN GROUP

Graduate in Business Administration by the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nürnberg and Dr. rer. pol. by the University Rostock, Dr. Bartölke has an extensive career in the Volkswagen Group. She led the Group’s Financial Publications before being appointed as Head of Group Accounting and External Reporting at VW AG (2010-2023) and later Head of Foreign Operations & Central Functions at VW Bank GmbH from (2023-2024). She is currently Member of the Board for Finance and Procurement at Volkswagen Financial Services AG and serves on several Supervisory Boards within the financial services sector.

Dr. Bartölke has maintained a long-standing relationship with SEAT & CUPRA. Earlier in her career she completed an internship at SEAT, reinforcing her close ties with the company. Her previous mandate on the Board of Directors (2017–2022) gives her a deep understanding of the business and its strategic priorities, making her return especially valuable in this new phase of transformation.
